Predeceased by his 4 siblings Norman, Stan, Cora and Elmer. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Cecil was an engineer, a Mason and a Shriner in good standing. He will be missed. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at the Victoria Greenlawn Funeral Home (1525 Hwy # 3, Oldcastle, Ont., 519-969-3939). Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.<br><br></div>
