<div itemprop="description">JEFFREY, Margaret Jacqueline (nee Thibert)<br /><br />Passed away peacefully with family by her side on June 30, 2015 at the age of 74. Reunited with her late husband Douglas Jeffrey (2015). Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Anna Thibert. Loving mother of Margaret Blondin (Guy) and Robert Buck (Beth). Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey Buck, Christina Vasil (Nathan), Joshua Blondin (Angel), Mary Margaret Blondin and great-granddaughter Lilly Anne Vasil. Dear sister of Larry, Gloria, Wilfred and Patty (Gary). Survived by her mother-in-law Margaret Janet Jeffrey and brother-in-law Eric Cord. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Margaret retired from St. Clair College as Chair of the Hospitality Department to spend her days with Doug on the banks of the Syndenham River, where she enjoyed gardening, bird watching and her kitten Aslan. One of her many passions was genealogical research. Margaret was a descendant of United Empire Loyalists, she was a member of the Ontario Genealogical Society, Michigan's Habitant Heritage Society of Michigan and La Soci&eacute;t&eacute; de Geneologie Pionniere du Sud-Ouest. Margaret was also a published author of a genealogical journal. A special thank-you to the nurses, Jessica and Lauren and her PSW Brad from Bayshore and to all the staff at Hospice for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held atVictoria Greenlawn Funeral Home1525 Highway #3, Oldcastle(519-969-3939) on Friday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor and Essex County.</div>
