December 31, 1943 - April 15, 2016
With most heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our wonderful, loving husband and father, Bob Michalik. On Friday, April 15th, Bob passed into the loving arms of his wonderful Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ… Bob was a man of great faith and integrity.
An employee of Ford Motor Company before becoming an excellent math teacher at Riverside Secondary School for 30 years… helping many struggling students, always encouraging them to come in after school hours for extra help.
Bob is survived by his wife, Marianne, son Matthew, daughter Julie Delorenzi (Bryan), sisters Ruth Patricia Collins (Henry), Beverly Cassidy (Terry), and Barbara Nash (Bob). Brother-in-laws, Joseph M. Rivetto (Sherrie) of Arizona, Paul Rivetto (Belynda) of Rochester, Michigan.
Bob was a faithful member of Bethesda Christian Church in Sterling Heights, Michigan where he served diligently as a catechism counselor and other various capacities throughout the church for many years, which he loved dearly.
Services will be held here in Windsor, Ontario at Parkwood Gospel Temple, 3005 Temple Dr. at Central and E.C. Row Expressway on Wednesday, April 20th at 11AM.
A memorial service will also be held at Bethesda Christian Church, 14000 Metropolitan Parkway (corner of 16 Mile Road and Schoenherr) in Sterling Heights, Michigan on Thursday, April 21st at 11AM.
