INGRAM, Maxwell Harry
It is with heavy hearts that we announce his passing on July 8, 2015 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his loving wife Betty (2007). Loving father of Linda Ingram, Maxine Atras-Smith and husband Robert Smith. Grandfather to David Atras and Colleen Atras (fiancé Demetris Poulakas) and special friend of their father Paul Atras. Survived by his brother Jack Ingram. Predeceased by his siblings Berle, Doris, Grace, Bertram, Ross and Bill. He will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and his “lady friend” Linda Smith. Max was veteran of WWII where he served overseas in the RCAF with No. 6 Bomber Command. When he returned home he earned his private pilot’s licence. He was a 32nd degree Master Mason. Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Victoria Greenlawn Funeral Home (1525 Hwy # 3 519-969-3939). Funeral service will be held Monday, July 13, 2015 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. under the auspices of the Windsor Veterans Memorial Service Committee. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Max may be made to the Downtown Mission. A special thank you to the professionals of the Magnolia Suite, Huron Lodge.
