<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Mother Theresa Rosemary George (nee Samonie), on Sunday November 22, 2015. <br />Theresa is now at peace as the angels carry her home to be reunited with her predeceased husband Wilfred J. George (1975), and her parents Mary and Raphael Samonie, her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Annie Samonie, Josephine (Sally) and (George) George, Anthony (and Rose) Samonie, Michael (and Rose) Samonie, John (and Adele) Samonie, Rose (and Joseph) Genovesi. Theresa is survived by her loving children Ronald (Ron) and Margaret George, Lawrence (Larry) George, Dianne and David Rector, David and Donna George, Mary and David Tobias. Her grandchildren: Christine (and Randy) Mowers, Kevin (and Vanda) George, David Tobias Jr., Jacob (and Nhu Binh) Tobias, Joshua Tobias, Jesse Tobias and Philip Tobias. Her Great Grandchildren: Kevin George Jr., Owen George, Marissa Mowers, along with many nieces, nephews, sisters&ndash;in law, and extended family. Mom enjoyed her poker and pinochle, watching Golf &amp; Dancing with the Stars, Listening to music and playing cards with Donna Kerr her PSW. Mom looked forward to going to Church on Saturday nights, then for coffee afterwards with friends. Mom also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. <br /> <br />We want to extend a warm and special thank you to Donna Kerr Mom's PSW for all of her support and care for mom over the last few years. Donna you made a positive difference in Mom&rsquo;s life and we are truly grateful and blessed to have had you take care of our Mother. Mom looked forward to your time together, and it made a positive impact on mom's health. A special warm thank you must be extended to mom&rsquo;s family Doctor Azza Mikail who really loved and cared for mom. We know she will be sadly missed by you. We would also like to thank the nurses of Bayshore - Caitlin and Cheryl for your patience, love and caring for our Mother, and the Palliative Care team at Credit Valley Hospital for their assistance and support, and in making a difficult time easier to bare. We must also thank the many Doctor&rsquo;s and Specialists who had a huge impact and made a positive difference in mom&rsquo;s life. Donations can be sent to your local Cancer Society, Hospice, or Ian Anderson House Hospice of Mississauga. <br /></div>
